Madonna Manor offers an innovative approach to long term care that focuses on improving quality of life for both older adults and their care givers. Residents have the freedom to make choices about daily schedules including when to eat or start their day; whether to join others in activities or to enjoy the privacy of their own room. The 60 bed skilled nursing area is configured into three distinctive households uniquely designed and decorated. Each household features 20 fully furnished private or shared suites with a great room with 18 foot ceilings, fireplace, flat screen tv, and full service kitchen.
Madonna Manor’s healthcare areas offer long-term skilled nursing care in a beautiful environment, with a focus on maintaining residents’ individuality and dignity. Professional nursing staff members monitor each resident’s medical condition, and provide services through an individualized care plan. As needs change our team adjusts the care plan, keeping residents and their family actively involved in the decision making process.
