Our Medicare Certified post-acute rehabilitation program is designed for those recovering from acute situations such as cardiac conditions or stroke, fractures, and hip or knee replacements. Our rehab specialists provide the personalized physical, speech and occupational therapies as well as other services needed to maximize performance, achieve optimal independence and get you back to your normal lifestyle.
Rehabilitation services are provided in our state-of-the-art, newly constructed facility with dedicated therapy rooms. Exclusively for short stay patients, Madonna Manor offers 20 fully furnished private or shared suites, a great room with 18 foot ceilings, fireplace, flat screen tv, and full service kitchen.
We understand that the rehabilitation process is unique for everyone, and, so our team of therapists and skilled nursing professionals personalize each individual’s care plan.
