Kathy Carpenter

Housekeeping Team Leader

Kathy Carpenter began her career at Madonna Manor in 2009 as the Housekeeping Team Leader. She has more than ten years of housekeeping, facilities and maintenance experience in a retirement community setting. Kathy is the ultimate multi-tasker and delivers first class service to all of the residents and staff. She is helpful and knowledgeable and never too busy to give anyone a friendly “hello”. But most of all, she enjoys her close relationships and conversations with the residents. Kathy certainly lives the core values of service, reverence and stewardship.

Kathy has been married to her husband Scott for 30 years. They have two children, Scott, Jr. and Candice and a beautiful, blond granddaughter named Carmyn.
