Erik Swanson

Facility Manager

Erik Swanson is Madonna Manor’s Facility Manager. Erik started at Madonna Manor in 2009 and has a great staff that helps manage Madonna Manor’s entire campus including the interior and exterior of the building, housekeeping, landscaping and parking facilities. Erik and his team help maintain a clean and healthy environment for the residents and staff. Erik also serves as the Safety Officer and organizes and supervises fire drills and inspections. Erik is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Erik has a wonderful gift as a talented musician He plays the keyboard at his church and sometimes also plays for Madonna Manor’s religious services. Erik also enjoys tending to his large vegetable garden, spending time outdoors cutting the grass and spending time with family. Erik and his wife Pam live in Union, Kentucky.
