Cheryl Bicer

Social Service Coordinator

Cheryl Bicer joined Madonna Manor in 2008 and is our Social Service Coordinator. With her Master’s degree in Social Work and 30 years of experience, Cheryl is well-respected and an integral part of the Madonna Manor team. In addition to her duties as our social worker, Cheryl is leading the effort to bring Person-Centered Care to our residents; keeping them actively involved in the decision making process and making Madonna Manor feel more like home.

Cheryl says “I love celebrating each and every resident here with us. I work with such a wonderful group of staff who are committed to compassionately caring for our residents and their families.”

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys attending her daughter Krista’s high school functions; she also enjoys playing the piano and attending her weekly bible study group. Cheryl, her husband Mark and their daughter Krista moved to Northern Kentucky in 2006.
