Chef Brian Harrison

Director of Dietary and Dining

Chef Brian Harrison joined the Madonna Manor staff in 2009 as Director of Dietary and Dining. With a degree in Chef Technology from Cincinnati State, known for its excellence in culinary and pastry arts, Brian is a welcome addition to the staff and to the residents! Brian has worked as a Sous Chef at St. Charles Care Center and also at the prestigious Coldstream Country Club in Anderson Township.

Brian takes great pride in all the food he prepares. Delicious food coupled with a memorable social experience has always been his focus. You will hear Brian say over and over “whatever is best for our residents.” Brian says he loves working at Madonna Manor because of the people. “We are like family and that is a wonderful feeling.”

When Brian is not in the kitchen, you can find him keeping busy with his two girls Rebecca and Sophia. Brian is single and just bought a new condo in Burlington.
